Mental Exercises...for long life...

We all know about physical exercises, how about mental exercises ?
Mental exercises can delay dementia and can prolong our life. Stop spending time in front of your TV, increase your reading, playing and learning new things. Go to new places, meet new friends, memorize new songs. Don't carry your notebook all the time, try to memorize the shopping list and phone numbers. If you can, play crossword or doing a puzzle. Don't remain isolated, keep company of friends, relatives or pets. I am sure, you'd never know the meaning of Alzheimer's disease, with these activities !!
