Due to the stand-off between BJP and the Government,  Lok Sabha could have been functional only for six days out of 19 days of Monsoon Session of Parliament. Most of the sessions were completely washed out due to Coalgate issue. BJP is still insistent on its demand of PM's resignation. PM is absolutely right in calling this kind of disruption, " Negation of Democracy ".
