How to decrease stress levels

 In just two days, we lost two of our young colleagues due to stress related cardiac arrest. Dealing with stress is very essential. We must know what situations increase our stress levels. Please engage in regular exercise for fifteen to twenty minutes everyday to release endorphins to relieve stress. Deep breathing, yoga and meditation do help to decrease stress but I would advise you to spend some time in things which you love very much. It could be singing or listening to music or watching movies. Avoid excessive work and make sure you eat a balanced diet and ensure enough sleep. Avoid alcohol and cigarettes and drugs.
