Consistency

Consistency is most important in whatever we do. My first serious stage show was in 1995 at Agra club. Thereafter, I compered cent percent shows of Agra club till the time I was posted out to military hospital Dhrangadhra. My first Army Medical Corps Day compering was in 1994, thanks to my commanding officer col ...later Maj Gen Anju Manchanda. Thereafter, I compered nearly cent percent Army Medical Corps Day celebrations till the time I retired in 2015. My first Army sports day compering was in 1993 thereafter, I must have compered 25 Army sports day functions which must be a record which can never be broken. My first Mceeing and compering the function of RSI Secunderabad was in 2011. Thereafter, I was the host for almost all functions at RSI Secunderabad. ...Col Pendyala Pradeep

Role of English in science

Your good English accent and good command over English makes a huge difference especially when you're seen and heard in conferences. I keep telling this mantra to my post graduate students almost everyday. Recently, I attended one scientific conference online... incidentally, the second speaker was well informed but the first speaker made quite an impact only due to his better English language. Who says there's no role of language in science? I insist on correct spelling, correct pronunciation when a person speaks or writes English.  Wrong spelling reflects your casual attitude towards vigilance and constant vigilance is of paramount importance in Anaesthesiology.

How to become a genius...

You feel extremely nice whenever someone addresses you as a genius 😉. Well, today I'm going to tell you actually how to become a genius. For becoming a genius you need to have an IQ of 140 or above, which may not be possible for everyone. But, you can definitely work hard and improve your knowledge and skills. If you are very keen to increase your IQ and want to be called real genius, let me tell you, geniuses are mostly made, not born. Start engaging yourself in stimulating conversation, read, read and read, take online courses and yes, never miss doing ten to fifteen minutes of aerobic exercise everyday. Good luck 👍 Col Pradeep Pendyala, Anaesthesiologist.
