Wanna Live Longer...??

Do you know, if you are a vegetarian, you may live longer ?
Vegetables, fruits, legumes( peas, beans ) can reduce Cancer.
They can also reduce your waist size and chances of heart disease.
They can reduce your BMI ( Body Mass Index ) and getting Diabetes type 2.
BTW, lean people normally avoid smoking ( strange ! )
And yes, lean people exercise more ( still strange !! )
Add a decade more to your life, become Vegetarians...!!
