The greatest challenge facing education today is the need to discover with our students a new way of thinking. Teachers should know what is to learn and what is to share and how to share their learning with the students. We need to put ourselves in the shoes of the learners, being able to face a situation from their point of view. We do need to imagine what is possible to make education more creative. There’s still a lot of room for innovation in education. Teachers have a unique role now, they should help their students pursue their challenging plans. Personalized teaching could be less stressful for the students. Teachers should become collaborators rather than instructors as they help their students navigate their challenging projects. And yes, we need to encourage students to prepare for the lesson before the class on that topic. Lastly, a good education is a system that makes the student a better human being.
