Positive Vibes...

I'm sure, you all know the meaning of a positive vibe or a good vibe...Vibes are the emotional signals a person gives out to those around them with their body language and social interactions. An example of good vibes is a happy person smiling and having a positive effect on those around them. Obviously, everyone would love to have positive vibes...very simple to acquire...start your day dishing out compliments, find what is positive among your friends and others and tell them about it...and yes, start your day, with few affirmations and positive comments...besides that, keep your energy focused to accomplish your goals. Still not convinced...?? Try to listen to good music, first thing in the morning...it would improve your mood for sure and yes start your day with a laughter.
