Sure success mantra...!!

Loneliness is a negative state of mind whereas being alone is a positive state of mind where you are always and constantly delighted with yourself.
People are always worried by the fact how others would view them and they are worried about a stigma that is always attached to doing things alone in public. But trust me, seeking solitude can actually be quite healthy. In fact, there are many physical and psychological benefits to spending time alone. Please assure yourself that It is okay to be alone sometimes. The next time you have few hours or a day or even a weekend to yourself, try to be alone, try to be a bit imaginative, a bit creative in that time so that you can do something which you always wanted to do. Your soul would thank you for that. Trust me, the clarity you receive from being alone is unmatched. It is just you, your surroundings, and your thoughts that's all. You would actually enjoy and appreciate the beauty of those things in your life by being alone. The ability to be alone tunes you to your inner self. The only way to properly know yourself, your inner self, is to free yourself of outside influences and people around you.
