Chepala Pulusu...dish made with Fish and tangy tamarind sauce

My mother was a great cook
I think, all mothers are...
She used to be upset during her last days
because she was unable to cook my favourite dish
Chepala Pulusu...( machher jhol in Bengali )
A dish made with Fish and tangy tamarind sauce
which is also a delicacy of Andhra Pradesh.
This afternoon after many years after my mother's demise
I could taste the same perfect Chepala Pulusu
the same delicious taste of my mother's recipe
at the excellent Sunday buffet lunch at RSI
I went and personally thanked the cook
for making the perfect dish...
Once you start eating at RSI..my club
you will never go to any other place...
