Leaders are made...not born...

courage cannot be taught
having the passion cannot be acquired
inspiring others by vision cannot be told
ability to take responsibilities cannot be instilled
integrating mind heart and soul may not be easy
taking risks, making the difference cannot be inculcated
ability to stand out in the crowd may not be obtained
inspiring others and making others dream ain't that easy...
