Few reminders

Break your face touching habit, use sanitizer often, clean your mobile phone everyday with isopropyl alcohol, preferably use headphones or speakers on the mobile phone so that you don't touch your face often with your phone, make sure, you've a thermometer to know any increase in your temperature, don't neglect good nutrition, whenever you sneeze, try to sneeze into your elbows and lastly, don't miss daily five minutes workout at home.
