Chitchor...

Many of you must have seen the movie Chitchor...
Amol Palekar was shown to be always either singing or humming
I am exactly the same in real life...
I am either singing or humming or whistling all the time...
Many of you might appreciate my nature
At the same time, many may find it annoying
I may not change my nature at this stage of my life
But let me tell you friends
Singing decreases the cortisol level and hence the stress
Singing releases endorphins into the system and makes us feel energized & uplifted Singers are often healthier than people who don’t...
Keep singing, keep humming...keep whistling Friends...!!

  1. Music is the essence of life... It can potray any emotion or mindframe... Like an old song from movie (probably) Baiju Bawra... "Sur na saje... Kya gaaon mein.. Sur na saje..."
