Stress...stress...stresssss...

Being a doctor, I know too very well that you should restrict intake of salt, sugar, oil and cholesterol in your diet after certain age for good health...but, more than anything else, you should avoid stress in your life. The easiest way to reduce stress is to exercise or play a game regularly for at least thirty minutes. Being stressed, you may fall sick more often and believe me you grow older much faster. When you feel stressed, listen to some music, watch a movie, have an ice cream or a chocolate and take a nap or breathe deeply....your stress would disappear within minutes. When you feel stressed, make a phone call to a friend and chat for ten to fifteen minutes, join a Whatsapp group and share your views or make friends on Facebook. Give yourself a break too often each day and do exactly what you love the most. Trust me you can easily stop getting older by avoiding stress. Who says, as the years advance, time flies faster...when you reduce your stress, you can actually have forty eight hours in each day as you grow older.... Col Pendyala Pradeep, Anaesthesiologist.
