Focus on priorities...

We must know how to be focused on our priorities.Emotional stress can cause concentration problems in many people. Improving our concentration and being focused is a must. Staying focused can help us accomplish a variety of professional and personal tasks. We must try to commit our attention to a single task and avoid multitasking. Start small, maybe five minutes per day, and work up to larger chunks of time. We must find work that keeps us genuinely engaged. Frankly, it’s hard to break out of the mental habit of switching, being distracted, but it is possible with practice. We must try to increase our effectiveness with the most important things by leaps and bounds. If something big has come up where we don’t have time, it is better not to stress about missing a day but making sure, to get back on it as soon as possible. We must always do the most difficult things first and constantly remind ourselves of our ultimate goals. Staying focused on our goals is not only important, it's crucial. We must make sure about our goals and also should be able to visualize the results. Let us organize our life and find a purpose for doing what we do....Col Pradeep Pendyala, Anaesthesiologist.
