Dear
Friends, I have been conducting International Day of the elderly for
the past two years. It is on 01 Oct...it is a special day to commemorate
the elderly, their contributions to the society, recalling their
achievements and of course, to reassess their present needs...
this year we are conducting it a bit late...
and this year, I am going to add these few lines during my speech( they were written by my friend Amit Harsh...
मसरूफियत .. तो कभी कुछ और .. देकर हवाला हमने
सुनने को किस्से उनसे ... न कभी वक़्त निकाला हमने
जाता रहा गुमां कि ...... ‘हम’ करते थे हिफाज़त उनकी
बाद रुखसत के उनकी .. लगाया घर पे जब ताला हमने
:: अंतर्राष्ट्रीय बुजुर्ग दिवस पर ढेरों शुभकामनाएं ::
बाक़ी फासला भी सफ़र का मिटाना है हमें
राह-ए-ज़िंदगी में अभी .. दूर जाना है हमें
बुज़ुर्गों से हाल-चाल .. तफसील से पूछना
कहानी में ये किरदार भी निभाना है हमें
