Destiny by horns...

A strong desire to do something larger which we sincerely seek and know that we are meant and intended to do, keeps us going. Let us not feed our insecurities and helplessness which can kill everything and anything that we have ever dreamed of doing. Let us not kill our character and let us not kill our own dreams for pleasing others. When we start living as directed by others, we may get many friends around us but he will be lonely at heart despite being surrounded by hundreds of well wishers. Let us not crave for our well wishers but let us face ourselves and our conscience with confidence, let us be happy with our own company and the company of our dreams and our personal character. Let us grab our destiny by horns and let us find our place in our life. We may never be able to rationally explain the purpose behind our life, but there is no harm in trying sincerely to know the purpose of our existence and our life. Chai wala

Good English skills are essential for your global business success. English is said to be the world's most important language and most communicative language. Managers aspiring to become more effective leaders in a global business should develop good English language skills. But interestingly, most of the Doctors I know in India have studied in vernacular medium schools. I personally know several students who studied in vernacular medium schools and gave the JEE Mains and JEE Advanced in their vernacular medium could easily crack the JEE. Yes, once they join MBBS or IIT, the medium of instruction is only English. Despite being from vernacular medium and never been exposed to expensive private English medium schools, I saw most of the toppers of MBBS and IIT are incidentally from vernacular medium schools. To be successful, you don't need English but a strong desire to be the best in your field of career. And yes, A Chai Wala can be the most successful Prime Minister of India having studied in a vernacular medium school. Col Pradeep Pendyala, Anaesthesiologist.

My Bucket List...

Today, I lost a good friend who passed away peacefully...everyone has to die one day. In fact, if you want to have the happiest and most fulfilling life possible you need to realize you're going to die one day and embrace it. We all know we're going to die one day, but who wants to think about it? Are you ready for a scary fact? At best, you have only 30,000 days on earth. And that's assuming a long life. It’s never too early to start a list of things you want to do in your lifetime...the bucket list. Frankly, I want to live a life filled with achievement, success, fun and adventure, yes, I want to dream big. I want to improve my singing and mimicry skills and perform in US, UK, Europe and also at Pakistan. I want to teach Tennis and Anaesthesiology to my juniors. I have tried a lot but I could never achieve a six pack abdomen, I would love to have a six pack abs. And last but not the least, I want to create a record for most languages spoken by a person.
