I know people who constantly read various books
But they never wrote anything interesting
I know people who constantly listen to music
But they can't sing a single song
I know people who loves eating various cuisines
But they cannot cook
I also know people who can actually write very well
who can actually sing very well
and who can actually cook very well
But they prefer not to write, not to sing and not to cook..

she is the director and producer of the latest Marathi movie .Raakhandaar Marathi Movie

I won't tell you many tips to run faster and efficiently ..
Just only one...
which I found out myself...
running or jogging is very tiring if you run placing complete weight on your feet...
run on your toes and distal part of your feet...
you may find it very comfortable..
and you can run long distance without being tired...
