Happiness is a state of well being that encompasses living a good life with a sense of meaning and deep satisfaction. Happiness is the most pleasurable, desired, pursued, elusive, mercurial emotion of all. Whatever we do in life, we do it to become happy. With the quest for happiness, comes heightened risk for addictions of all sorts. Happiness is the experience of joy, contentment, or positive well-being, combined with a sense that one's life is good, meaningful, and worthwhile and I strongly feel that we can achieve it without alcohol and drugs easily. Playing sports also helps us stay focused in life. Sports definitely causes happiness and health. Get involved in a physical activity. Whether you are playing sports, working out at a gym, or taking a brisk walk, physical activity triggers brain chemicals endorphin that can make you feel happier and more relaxed. Through sport, we have the power to change our lives. Many people find joy and happiness in drugs and alcohol like they never have in any other activity.
