best medicine for brain is learning something new. Join a class which
always fascinated you, don't worry about your age, just join. Volunteer
for some cause, you'll feel better. Don't forget to spend some time in
the evening playing some outdoor game.
Spend some time on Facebook and talking to friends and relatives on your
phone. Sit in your balcony or in your garden for sometime. Read a
magazine or read something online. And yes, watch some good movies in a
theater or online, your life will become just beautiful, as you wanted
it to be...!!
