We can't change our date of birth...we can't stop ageing...but yes, we can slow down aging but again we can't halt ageing entirely. We can easily stop premature aging by stopping smoking, drinking less alcohol, exercise regularly and by eating well balanced diet and yes by sleeping minimum eight hours daily. By avoiding stress or by lessening stress in our life, we can actually turn back the clock and reverse early onset aging. We can't change our age, but we can definitely change the shape of our body and look younger at any age. We can't run from our age, but we can try. Okay, we can't fight age but let's fight those negative attitudes, let's challenge ourselves, and let's keep an open mind to be ever young in our attitude. Col Pendyala Pradeep, Anaesthesiologist
