Your talent can't be hidden or suppressed - it's bound to come to the fore some day. Similarly, your goodness will be known to the world sooner or later. Frankly, talent is simply doing the best with what we have. What separates the talented individual from the successful one is a lot of hard work. Unfortunately, most of the talented people are not successful because they lack determination and hard work. Despite that, this world usually never miss to notice their talent at some stage of life. If you are lucky, this talent is acknowledged when you're young in life. Companies of every size love to talk about talent but unfortunately, passionate people asking tough questions are silenced. Rarely we ask ourselves why can't we explore this idea, which could really help us? Talent is a horrible thing to be wasted. It is most frustrating and discouraging to have great ideas ignored, accomplishments unnoticed and genuine creativity bottled up and squashed. Let us notice and encourage talented people around us.
