Passion for the job, enthusiasm and sense of purpose is the need of the hour. Patience and perseverance even when the results are not visible should be the attitude. Perseverance is not giving up. It is persistence and tenacity, the effort required to do something and keep doing it till the end, even if it's hard. Perseverance is an attitude of pursuing one idea, discipline, ideal. Talent is helpful but perseverance definitely achieves success. You must be wondering, what I am trying to convey. India would be 70 in another one week.
