Chasing happiness
All through my life, I was chasing happiness and peace of mind...real happiness is born out of a peaceful mind. If your are not peaceful, happiness is hard to find, you can check it with your own life. Am I still chasing happiness ? No, I stopped chasing happiness now and I am a very contended man now with what I have. Now I do experience and am living every minute with love, fun and contentment. Peace is to find everything within yourself and happiness is exactly opposite of sadness, that's all...but, people refuse to understand such a simple thing. I think, every person must live a happy life. It is his or her right ! Happiness is just a state of mind whereas peace is a way of living. We need to train our mind to deal with hardships and yet remain happy. To bring happiness and peace into your life you need to act and stop letting negative thoughts rule your mind. If something negative from the past – something someone said, something someone did – is still on your mind then accept and let that feeling and thought in instead of trying to push it away. When you accept that it is then it starts to lose power. This is my wish for you: peace of mind, happiness that multiplies, health for you and fun around every corner of your life...Col Pradeep Pendyala Anaesthesiologist

Healthy aging...
There's nothing more beautiful than a person who exudes self-confidence. Being beautiful on the inside requires as much attention as your appearance, if not more so. In fact, if we take care of the inside, the outside will take care of itself. Beauty and good looks are how we feel inside, and it reflects in our eyes and our expression. A radiant smile always works ...Instead of holding onto our old definitions of beauty and feeling anxious about the change in looks with age, let's find fun in reinventing our style and be able to feel attractive as we age. We owe it to ourselves to look forward optimistically to the years that lie ahead of us. Let's prefer "healthy aging" than "anti-aging." Let us acknowledge the beauty in others and notice something simple but beautiful around us always. Let's show uncontrolled enthusiasm for something that excites us and make everyday of our lives nothing but fun and more fun. Col Pradeep Pendyala, Anaesthesiologist.
